According to the agency, from 2022 to 2023, when he headed the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in Transport, Sydygaliev allegedly organized a system for collecting funds from his subordinates for personal enrichment.
Currently, investigative actions are underway to identify other officials who may have been involved in this illegal activity in the healthcare sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.
