According to available information, from 2022 to 2023, while serving as the head of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in Transport, Sydygaliev systematically collected money from subordinates for personal enrichment.
As a result of the investigation conducted as part of a criminal case, Sydygaliev was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.

Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, aimed at identifying other officials involved in illegal activities within the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
It is worth noting that today it became known about the detention of the Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ryspek Sydygaliev, who is suspected of corrupt activities.
