According to sources from law enforcement agencies, Tolonov was detained at the beginning of the current week and taken to the Military Prosecutor's Office.

According to information from the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek, on February 18, the request of the investigative group led by the Ministry of Internal Affairs investigator was granted. The suspect, T. Ch. T., is charged under Article 336 "Corruption" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest until April 16, with detention in a pre-trial detention center.
