The incident occurred on January 11 at a painting workshop located on Almatinskaya Street. According to information from the victim, his car, a "KIA K5," was stolen from the workshop.
This case was registered under Article 211 ("Theft of a Motor Vehicle") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement authorities managed to detain two suspects: D.A., born in 2004, and L.N., born in 1995. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The car was returned to its owner.
An investigation is currently underway.
