According to information provided by the OTSD under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Batken region, the vehicle owner was issued an administrative fine of 20,500 soms for allowing a person without a driver's license (a minor) to operate the vehicle, as well as for the illegal installation of special light signals on the vehicle.
