Based on the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and necessary examinations were started.
As a result of the investigative actions carried out, the police were able to identify and detain the second participant in the crime — T. Zh., who was born in 2007. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.
According to law enforcement information, the stolen phone was sold by the suspects for 10,000 soms, and the proceeds were spent.
Earlier, the first suspect, T. D., also born in 2007, was detained and is currently in the temporary detention center. The investigation is ongoing.
