In Bishkek, a man was placed in a special detention center for aggression and profanity.
According to the department, during monitoring, a citizen identified as B.D.R., born in 1998, was recognized. After a verbal altercation, he began to use obscene language and demonstrate aggression.
The incident was recorded in the Incident Log (ZHU) of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District of the capital, after which a preliminary investigation was initiated. As a result of operational measures, the man was identified and taken to the district department.
According to Article 126 ("Petty Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Oktobersky District Court decided to place him in a special detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
UPSM clarified that the conflict arose when the man, captured on video, blocked another vehicle's exit in the parking lot. After a verbal exchange between the drivers, the driver of the blocked car contacted law enforcement authorities.
