A 20-year-old citizen reported the incident to the internal affairs department of the Chui district. The young man stated that on February 13, around 4:00 PM, his acquaintance along with friends forcibly put him in a car and then took him to the village of Ak-Beshim, where he was beaten.
This case was registered in accordance with Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to kidnapping.
Law enforcement officers detained three suspects: M.B., T.D., and J.A., all born in 2007, and placed them in a temporary detention facility.
According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the conflict arose from hostile relations related to debt obligations.
