As a result of an investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB KR), three police officers from the Public Security Service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek have been detained on charges of official negligence and forgery of official documents. This was reported by the press service of the agency.
Within the framework of the criminal case initiated by the GKNB KR, junior lieutenant A.u.K., police lieutenant K.A.T., and police captain K.M.K. have been detained. They are accused of a crime under part 3 of article 379 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, relating to concealing crimes or aiding in their commission.
The detainees have been placed in the pre-trial detention center of the GKNB KR. Pre-trial proceedings are underway, and necessary investigative measures are being conducted.
