According to the regional police department, the incident occurred on February 14 at around 00:30 in the village of Petrovka in the Moscow district. Citizens T.M., T.J., and K.K. arrived from Bishkek in a state of alcohol intoxication. On Frunze Street, they encountered A.E. and his friends, which led to a verbal altercation and then a fight.
During the conflict, T.M., violating public order and norms of behavior, inflicted a knife wound on A.E.
After the incident, T.J., T.M., and K.K. left the scene in a car.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (hooliganism). Judicial examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
During operational search activities, police officers were able to identify and detain T.J. and T.M., both born in 2003, who were placed in a temporary detention facility. Investigative actions are continuing to clarify all circumstances of the incident and possible other participants in the fight.
