According to information from the agency, during the implementation of state policy aimed at identifying and returning illegally privatized property, a case of its unlawful transfer into private hands was established.
As clarified by the GKNB, the building of the editorial office along with a land plot of 0.22 hectares was sold in January 2010. The transaction was formalized based on government resolution No. 518 dated September 17, 2008, "On the program for the privatization of state property for 2008-2012." However, according to the intelligence services, the privatization was carried out in violation of the norms of this regulatory legal act, considering the strategic importance of the object.
Records on this case have been entered into the automated information system ZHUI ERP.
As a result of operational investigative measures, the building of the editorial office and the adjacent plot were returned to the balance of the state.
The GKNB noted that work on the return of illegally privatized state property continues.
