Information about Jakypbekov's detention emerged on February 15, when the military prosecutor's office charged him under the article on "Corruption".
On February 14, there was a change in the leadership of the capital's GKNB, with Ulan Biibosunov becoming the new head. At that time, Eldar Jakypbekov was at the disposal of the personnel department.
