Ulan Biibosunov has become the new head
There has been a change in leadership at the capital's State Committee for National Security (GKNB) — Ulan Biibosunov has been appointed as the new head.
According to information from sources, the previous head, Eldar Jakypbekov, is now at the disposal of personnel.
