In the Tonsky District, members of a banned organization voluntarily renounced radical views

A significant event took place in the Ton District: members of the banned organization "Yakin-Inkar" voluntarily renounced their radical beliefs.

According to the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, on February 12, 2026, two active adherents of the religious extremist group "Yakin-Inkar," whose activities are prohibited in the Kyrgyz Republic, officially announced their exit from the organization. This was the result of targeted preventive work by the staff of the Service for Countering Extremism and Illegal Migration of the Ton District Internal Affairs Department.

Citizens I.B. and Sh.A., both born in 1986, realized the error of their radical views and promised to abide by the laws of the country in the future.

Additionally, as part of operational and preventive measures, checks were conducted to ensure compliance with migration regulations. As a result of the raids, the following violations were recorded:

- 30 protocols were drawn up against foreign citizens under Article 431 (Violation of the established procedure for the stay of foreign citizens) of the Code of Offenses.

- 3 protocols were drawn up against citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic under Article 430 (Violation of the rules for admitting foreign citizens) of the Code of Offenses.

The total amount of administrative fines amounted to 162,500 soms.
