According to information received from the mayor's office, on February 11, 2026, a violation occurred on Chaldovar Street — illegal dumping of garbage was recorded in an unauthorized location.
As a result of the inspection, an administrative case was filed in accordance with part 1 of Article 115 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the fine amounted to 17,000 soms. The decision to impose the fine was made immediately on site.
The mayor's office emphasized that explanatory conversations are held with offenders about the importance of maintaining cleanliness and order in Bishkek.
