According to the data from the Traffic Safety Department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, on February 12, 2026, at the 127th kilometer of the Bishkek-Osh road (Töö-Ashuu pass), a snow avalanche descended. As a result, a temporary restriction on passage has been imposed for all vehicles.
Currently, road services are working to clear the road in order to restore traffic as quickly as possible.
