It should be noted that in the past, the department had already taken measures against M.D., issuing protection orders in cases of domestic violence. Despite these measures, the man did not cease his illegal actions and continued to inflict both physical and moral harm on his wife.
Based on the information received, the actions of the suspect have been classified as torture. The investigative service of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Article 138, Part 3 "Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Officers of the Department of Internal Affairs detained a 46-year-old man, who was taken to the investigative service. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.
Currently, all necessary investigative actions and procedural measures are being carried out within the framework of this criminal case.
