According to Berdibaev, the incident occurred at the final stop when a schoolgirl fell asleep on the bus. At that moment, when there were no other passengers, the driver took advantage of the situation and began to engage in indecent actions.
This case has been registered under Article 158 ("Lewd Acts") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the suspect is currently in custody.
In connection with the incident, Berdibaev urged drivers to comply with the law, maintain order, and behave appropriately with passengers. He also addressed the issue of domestic violence, calling for respect and a rejection of violence against loved ones.
