According to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Osh region, during operational activities conducted by the service for countering extremism and illegal migration, citizens were discovered who were spreading prohibited materials in social networks within the country.
The examination confirmed that the detainees were posting content related to extremist and terrorist organizations.
Based on the collected evidence and the results of the examination, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 332 of the Criminal Code, concerning "Manufacturing and distributing extremist materials." Operational investigative actions are ongoing.
As a result of operational-search activities, individuals with the initials D.G., born in 1994, and Y.B., born in 1999, were detained. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention.
Currently, investigative actions are continuing to identify other individuals involved in this crime.
