The traffic accident took place on February 10 at 18:00 in the village of Soviet, Bazar-Korgon district.
Witnesses told the publication Turmush that the passenger car unexpectedly pulled out in front of the heavy truck at a traffic light, leading to the collision. "The trailer was carrying excavators, and the passenger car came out in front of it. As a result, six people were injured and taken to the hospital," described one of the eyewitnesses.
The traffic safety department of the Jalal-Abad region confirmed the fact of the accident and reported that investigative measures have begun.
Batyrbek Subankulov, the chief doctor of the Bazar-Korgon primary care center, reported that the condition of the injured is stable. "Six people were admitted to us after the accident. The driver is in intensive care, his condition is moderate. The other five are in the trauma department," he added.
