According to the information received, the incident occurred on the night of February 6 at around 00:30. At that time, a report was received that a group of young people had started a fight, throwing stones at each other.
A city police investigative team promptly arrived at the scene, where they collected and seized video recordings of the incident.
The investigative service of the Manas Internal Affairs Department registered a case in the Unified Register of Crimes under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, qualifying the actions of the participants as "Hooliganism." A criminal case has been initiated.
During operational activities, police officers were able to identify all the teenagers involved in the conflict and brought them in for questioning. One of the participants in the brawl is currently receiving treatment at a medical facility.
This case is under the control of the leadership of the Internal Affairs Department of the Jalal-Abad region, and investigative actions are ongoing.
