The press service noted that there are indeed facts of violations of land legislation.
“From 1996 to 2006, agricultural land plots with a total area of 37.78 hectares, located in the Ormon-Khan and Cholpon rural administrations, were unlawfully transferred into private ownership,” the prosecutor's office clarified.
According to the General Prosecutor's Office, the value of the returned plots amounts to 80 million 300 thousand soms.
