According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational activities, four individuals were arrested: N. u. R., born in 2002, B.Zh.M. (born in 2005), M. u. N., and S. u. B., both born in 2006. These individuals, according to the investigation, were transporting drugs from the Toktogul district to the capital for the purpose of further sale.
In connection with these events, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale." Judicial chemical examinations have also been appointed to analyze the seized drugs.
All detainees have been placed in the detention center of the State Service for Execution of Sentences. Currently, activities aimed at identifying other possible participants in this criminal activity are ongoing.
