Ministry of Internal Affairs: Criminal Group Involved in the Sale of a Large Batch of Drugs Detained

Employees of the SBON of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted investigative actions, resulting in the detention of four individuals: N.u.R., born in 2002, B.Zh.M., born in 2005, M.u.N., born in 2006, and S.u.B., also born in 2006. They are suspected of transporting drugs from the Toktogul district to Bishkek with the intent to sell them.

According to information provided by the SBON, a criminal case has been initiated against the detainees under Article 282 of the Criminal Code, concerning "Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale." In this regard, forensic chemical examinations have been appointed for the seized substances.

In accordance with Articles 96 and 97 of the Criminal Procedure Code, all detainees have been placed in the detention center of the State Penitentiary Service.

Currently, operational activities are ongoing to identify other possible participants in this crime.
