As law enforcement agencies found out, a citizen O.A. filed an official complaint with the Internal Affairs Department of the October District, requesting measures against the company director H.R. According to the complainant, on October 13, 2022, under the pretext of selling an apartment in a new residential building located in the "Kok-Jar" area, H.R. deceitfully obtained the sum of $18,000. To date, the apartment has not been transferred, and the suspect has disappeared and is not in contact.
A criminal case has been initiated against H.R. under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Law enforcement agencies have identified the suspect, born in 1966, and have carried out his detention. He is currently in the pre-trial detention center of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, measures are ongoing to establish the possible involvement of the suspect in other similar crimes.
