A resident of the city, O.A., filed a complaint with the local police.
He reported that on October 13, 2022, the company's director, K.R., took $18,000 from him, promising to provide an apartment in a residential complex under construction in the Kök-Jar area. However, the housing was never provided, and the director ceased all communication, according to information from law enforcement.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud. The suspect, born in 1966, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating whether he may be linked to other similar cases.
