According to information provided by the Bailiff Service of the Uzgen District, the enforcement proceedings against K. Sh. G., residing in the rural municipality of Iiri-Suu, have been completed. He is obligated to pay child support to K. K. I. for the maintenance of his minor children, which amounts to one third of his income.
For a long time, the child support obligations were not fulfilled, leading to the accumulation of arrears exceeding half a million soms. The entire specified amount has been recovered and handed over to the recipient in cash.
The supervisory authority emphasized that this case clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of the Bailiff Service in ensuring the enforcement of child support obligations and protecting children's rights.
