On January 31, one of the police officers, while on duty on the streets of the capital, noticed a young man whose behavior seemed strange to him. During the check, it was revealed that he was engaged in the illegal sale of narcotic substances through so-called "drops."
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was opened under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production and sale of drugs and psychotropic substances.
The detained individual turned out to be T.B., born in 2007. During the detention, he himself indicated the locations of the drops and handed over 29 heat-shrinkable packages containing narcotic substances.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation into the case is ongoing.
