According to the Interior Ministry of the Lenin District, a citizen named A.I. reached out to the police for help. He reported that on December 19, 2025, a group of unknown individuals attacked him, inflicting bodily harm and threatening him with a weapon.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the incident was related to the detention of A.I. on December 6, 2025, when he was arrested by the officers of the Drug Control Service of the Bishkek City Police and voluntarily handed over pills related to potent drugs. This led to the initiation of a criminal case under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of narcotic substances for the purpose of sale.
During the interrogation, A.I. indicated that he had purchased these drugs from a woman named A.M., born in 1995. She was detained on December 29, 2025, and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During further investigation, it was found that the spouse of the detained woman, N.A., threatened A.I. with an object resembling a pistol and demanded that he change his testimony.
In connection with these events, criminal cases were initiated under Articles 280 (hooliganism) and 355 (threat or violence in connection with pre-trial proceedings) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
N.A., born in 1997, was detained on suspicion of committing the aforementioned crimes and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
