According to information received by the police on January 29, an incident took place in the village of Bordu, resulting in the death of a man born in 1977. A investigative group from the Kemin District Internal Affairs Department arrived at the scene and discovered a body with stab wounds.
The murder has been registered under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained individual is 55-year-old P.A., who previously had convictions for similar crimes. He is currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation suggests that a conflict arose between the suspect and the deceased, who worked as herders in the same pen, during a party on January 28. The conflict escalated into a fight, during which P.A. inflicted several stab wounds and then disposed of the weapon in a street toilet.
The investigation is ongoing.
