According to available data, on January 27, a citizen named B.D. reported to the police station. He stated that around 18:15, an unknown perpetrator stole his bag containing personal documents and then fled the scene.
As a result of operational search activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify the suspect. He turned out to be 15-year-old S.A., born in 2008. The suspect was taken to the police department for further investigation, and a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave was imposed on him.
