Investigative team officers arrived at the scene after the report was registered. During the investigation, it was found that the deceased had a conflict with acquaintances the day before, on January 19. Around 22:00, he met with them and then returned home in a state of alcohol intoxication and with visible injuries.
According to the results of the forensic medical examination, death was caused by a open traumatic brain injury, a fracture of the frontal bone on the left, intracranial hemorrhage, and severe contusion of the brain.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Murder." As a result of operational-search activities, two suspects born in 1985 and 2001 were detained. They have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
