According to the information from the department, on January 20, 2026, at around 10:00 AM, a signal was received at the duty station of the Moscow district police from the Center for General Medical Practice. The message stated that a 34-year-old citizen, S. Y., died in an ambulance before reaching the hospital.
After registering the report, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene to clarify the circumstances.
During the investigation, it became known that on the night of January 19, 2026, at approximately 10:00 PM, S. Y. met with friends P. I. and M. M. After this meeting, he returned home in an intoxicated state and with visible bodily injuries.
A forensic medical examination revealed that the cause of his death was: open cranial brain injury, a fracture of the frontal bone on the left side, intracranial hemorrhage, and severe brain contusion.
In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational search activities, the suspects were identified: 22-year-old P. I. and 38-year-old M. M. Both were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
