During the inspection, it was found that 3,472 officials failed to fulfill their obligations to submit declarations, either by missing deadlines or by providing inaccurate information.
Based on these facts, administrative proceedings were initiated under Article 438 of the Code of Offenses. The case was referred to court for further consideration.
As a result of the court proceedings, 2,882 officials were penalized, resulting in a total amount of imposed fines of 13 million 674 thousand soms.
As for the remaining individuals involved, the judicial processes are still ongoing.
