Inspectors from the Talas Regional Department of State Architectural and Construction Control discovered an asphalt concrete plant on the outskirts of the village of Chon-Kara-Buura in the Aitmatov district. The construction was being carried out without mandatory registration, and at the time of the inspection, the site was 70% complete, while the plant had already begun operations.

As a result of the raid, a fine was imposed on the company OsOO "Granite Trans Service," and a directive was issued requiring them to register in accordance with the established procedure.
It is worth noting that raid activities to inspect all construction sites in Talas are ongoing on a regular basis.
