In Talas, the company built a factory 70% without registration in the Ministry of Construction registry

- In Kyrgyzstan, raids on construction sites continue, according to information from the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.

During an inspection conducted by the Talas Regional Office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department, it was found that an asphalt concrete plant is being built without official registration in the registry.

The plant is located on the 78th contour, on the outskirts of the village of Chon-Kara-Buura in the Aitmatov district. According to preliminary data, construction is 70% complete, and the plant has already begun operations.

"As a result of the inspection, a written warning was issued regarding LLC 'Granite Trans Service', and necessary measures are being taken in accordance with current legislation," the official statement said.

The Ministry of Construction strongly urges all companies and individual entrepreneurs engaged in construction to strictly adhere to established norms and legal regulations.
Note:

According to information from the Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan, LLC 'Granite Trans Service' was registered in 2020. The founder and director of the company is Kurmanaliev Aibek Sultanmuratovich.
