A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Murder," and necessary operational actions have begun.
Officers from the criminal investigation department of the Uzgen District Internal Affairs Department were able to detain the suspect the same day - 30-year-old K. uulu S., who, according to police information, left the crime scene after the incident. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
It has been preliminarily established that the cause of the conflict between the deceased and the suspect was a dispute over the right of way on the road.
