The incident occurred on January 24 at around 01:00 when a Lexus 570 was stopped. During the inspection, it was revealed that the driver exhibited clear signs of alcohol intoxication, including a characteristic smell and unstable driving. This served as grounds for sending him to a drug rehabilitation center for testing.
The drug rehabilitation center confirmed the fact of alcohol consumption. However, before the examination began, the driver attempted to escape, refused to provide documents, and tried to conceal his identity. Despite these actions, the driver's identity was established, and all necessary procedures were completed.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol for an administrative offense was drawn up against the driver, and his vehicle was sent to a towing lot.
