Employees of the Main Department of Road Traffic Safety from the Jalal-Abad region were able to detain the suspect at the Too-Ashuu pass. He turned out to be a 26-year-old resident of the Leilek district in the Batken region. At the time of his detention, he was driving a tow truck, transporting a vehicle.
The detainee has been handed over to the investigative authorities of the Toktogul District Police Department, where necessary investigative actions are currently ongoing.
