On January 20, the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department reported that a preliminary investigation has been initiated regarding this incident. In this process, police officers involved in the fight against extremism and illegal migration, together with representatives of the State National Security Committee, identified the participants in the video. They turned out to be men: T.K., S.S., and M.M., all born in 1991.
The detainees were taken to the Investigative Service of the Bishkek City Police Department, where they apologized for their actions.
Based on the results of the investigation, a legal assessment of the situation will be provided.
