Recently, a video appeared on social media mocking the Kyrgyz language. This material caused significant public resonance, as reported by the Bishkek City Police Department of Kyrgyzstan.
Information about the incident was registered in the automated information system (AIS) of the Bishkek City Police Department, and a preliminary investigation has begun.
Employees of the Special Prosecutor's Office for Economic and Tax Crimes (SPECT) of the Bishkek City Police Department, together with the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted operational-search activities. As a result, the identities of three participants in the video were established: T.K. (born 1991), S.S. (born 1991), and M.M. (born 1991). All of them were detained and handed over to the Investigative Service of the Bishkek City Police Department.
Currently, examinations have been appointed for a legal assessment of their actions, and checks are being conducted. Based on the results of these activities, a decision will be made in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
