It became known that on November 21, 2025, A. Zh., born in 1971, approached the Main Department of Internal Affairs. He reported that on September 30, a certain M., while at the "Riom" car market in the village of Voenno-Antonovka, deceitfully took possession of 2 million tenge and 65 horses, the total value of which amounted to 7 million 20 thousand soms. The man introduced himself as someone who was supposed to drive the livestock from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan through the "Ak-Zhol" checkpoint, after which he disappeared.
Thus, the victim incurred significant losses, which were classified as fraud on a particularly large scale.
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, the suspect was identified as K. M., born in 1984. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
