According to available data, on December 16, 2025, at the self-service car wash LEGACY in the city of Kainida, the victim, citizen T.K., born in 1994, reported to the police about an attack by unknown individuals. He claims that a group of people, acting out of hooligan motives, used physical force and inflicted bodily injuries on him.
The incident was registered, and a corresponding examination was appointed for a forensic medical examination. According to the expert's conclusion, the victim suffered minor bodily harm. Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was initiated under Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Causing minor bodily harm).
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects and bring citizens M.T., born in 1986, and M.T., born in 1989, to the Internal Affairs Directorate. After the investigative actions were completed, they were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
