Sabina Duyshenova, a well-known blogger, became a victim of theft while she was in one of the parks in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. She published this information on her social media.
According to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, the suspect has been detained.
According to law enforcement data, on January 10, an unknown individual broke the rear window of Duyshenova's car and stole her bag, which contained money, documents, and personal items.
During operational activities using the "Safe City" video surveillance system, the suspect was detained and identified as A.A., born in 1993.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with the criminal case initiated under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
