In Bishkek, suspects in a robbery attack in the residential area "Kalyis-Ordo" were detained

Police officers reported the detention of suspects in a robbery that occurred in Bishkek, in the residential area of "Kalyis-Ordo." It became known that the incident took place on January 6, 2026, at 04:18, when E. M. contacted the First May District Internal Affairs Department with a statement about the attack.

During the investigation, law enforcement authorities found that the criminals broke the window of a Honda Fit, used physical force against the victim, and inflicted a stab wound to his thigh. After that, they stole his car and fled the scene. A Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro 5G mobile phone model worth 23,000 soms, which was in the car, was also stolen.

The detainees were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, and as they conclude, an additional legal assessment of the actions of the detainees will be conducted. The investigation continues.
