Armed Raid in "Kalyis-Ordo": Among the Attackers Were Minors
A report was received by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Pervomaisky District on January 6 at 4:18 AM from a citizen, E.M. He reported that he was attacked by unknown individuals, who broke the windows of his Honda Fit and, using physical force, inflicted a stab wound to his thigh. The assailants then stole his car and took his Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro 5G mobile phone, valued at 23,000 soms.
It was also established that one of the victim's acquaintances, A.R., was forcibly placed in a white Hyundai Sonata, after which he was taken to an unknown location and his mobile phone was taken.
In connection with the robbery, the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Pervomaisky District has initiated a criminal case under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the investigative and operational activities conducted, employees of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek and the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Pervomaisky District detained seven suspects, including young individuals aged from 16 to 19 years. Four of them were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing, and based on its results, an additional legal assessment of the actions of the detainees will be provided.
