Sherdor Abdykaparov, a well-known lawyer, became the perpetrator of the violation by parking his car in a prohibited area, which contradicts paragraph 12.4 of the Traffic Rules of Kyrgyzstan. As a result, he contacted representatives of the Bishkek City Police, after which a protocol for the violation was drawn up, and the lawyer received the corresponding punishment. He also admitted his guilt in this incident.
