In Bishkek, a venue where closed parties were held has ceased operations
Administrative protocols were drawn up against five participants, including T.I., born in 2002, I.A. (1996), O.G. (2001), R.D. (1999), and J.A. (2001), under Article 109 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Distribution of pornographic materials." Each of the women was fined 10,000 soms.
As a result of the actions taken, the activities of one of the establishments where the mentioned events took place were also shut down.
The fact of distributing prohibited content was recorded in the automated information system of the City Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek. Law enforcement officials found that the parties were held according to a pre-prepared plan, and the meeting places changed as the premises were rented specifically for these purposes.
Information about the illegal activity was received on January 6, 2026. Materials from the parties were posted on Instagram and one of the Telegram channels.
The law enforcement agencies remind citizens of the importance of adhering to public morality standards and warn that involvement in the distribution of pornographic content, including on internet platforms and messengers, may lead to liability.
