The incident occurred on January 11 at around 10:00 at the "Partner Oil" gas station, located at the corner of Rustaveli and Gagarin streets. A report of a conflict was received by the "102" service.
According to preliminary data, a man who was in a state of intoxication demanded money from the driver. After being refused, he became aggressive and attacked the motorist. During the conflict, the suspect pushed the victim and then stole his dark Daewoo Matiz, fleeing down Gagarin Street towards the Workers' Town.
Immediately after receiving information about the incident, operational measures were organized in Bishkek. Despite attempts to escape, the suspect was detained at the intersection of Gagarin and Alykulov streets. The operation was carried out by officers of the 4th company of the patrol police regiment of the Bishkek City Police Department.
The detained individual turned out to be a young man, U. uulu N., born in 2001. He was taken to the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs for further investigative actions in accordance with the law.
