In Bishkek, patrol police officers detained a driver who was behind the wheel while intoxicated and did not comply with lawful demands to stop.

According to the Patrol Police Department, this driver ignored the order to stop and attempted to flee. During the pursuit, he parked his car, threw away the ignition keys, and tried to escape.

In the attempt to flee, the man injured his leg but was soon apprehended by the patrol police officers in Bishkek. After his detention, both the driver and his acquaintances refused to comply with the lawful instructions of the police officers.

A medical examination at a narcological facility confirmed that the driver had consumed alcohol.

As a result of the incident, the appropriate violation reports were drawn up, and the vehicle was sent to a specialized impound lot.
